Synopsis
Joseph, a member of the family of David, is a young carpenter, a skilled craftsman, a man of peace but above all, a courageous husband who is willing to accept the paternity of a child conceived in mysterious circumstances.
Together with his young wife Mary, Joseph struggles to defend his family from the oppression of the Roman Empire and especially the ferocity of the tyrannical Herod, whose obsessive search for the man he has been told will take his power leads him to do all he can to have Jesus killed.
