SYNOPSIS
Inspired by 1853 Adalbert Stifter‘s tale, this is the story of two countries on a mountain pass, divided by an atavic and almost inexplicable hate.
But the disappearance of thow little brothers who get lost in the snowy woods on a Christmas night, will sweep away all rivalities, bringing peace among those men and women, who had been divided for ages.
The heart of the story is the friendship between the two children and Martin, who is considerd a strange and shady person but who, instead, is a man able to look beyond the parochialism that divides the two “rival” countries.
